Not even a little. Flip open the screen, press the big red button, press it again to stop. Every kit includes a quick-start card and table signs, and the cameras are pre-set so nobody can accidentally change a setting.
Your kit ships 7 days before your wedding and is guaranteed to arrive at least 4 days before. Drop the prepaid box at any UPS within 2 days after the wedding. Going on a honeymoon? Add the Honeymoon extension for 7 extra days.
Weddings are chaotic. That's the point. With Oops Coverage (included with The Whole Weekend, +$39 otherwise) you owe nothing for accidental damage or loss. Without it, you'd only pay the actual repair cost, capped at the camera's replacement value.
Every raw clip is uploaded to a private link within 48 hours of the cameras reaching us. Your edited film arrives within 14 days (7 days with The Whole Weekend). You also get one free round of changes.
Yes. Every second your guests recorded is yours, delivered as downloadable files. With the True Tape look, we mail you the original tapes too.
Most couples book 2–6 months out, and Saturdays from May to October go first. We can turn around kits as close as 6 days before the wedding. Events within 2 weeks add rush shipping ($79).
Absolutely. After booking you'll get a short questionnaire for song picks, must-include moments and the vibe (sentimental, funny or full chaos). Our editors take it from there.

Cancel more than 30 days before your wedding for a full refund minus the $150 deposit, which can be moved to a new date once at no charge. Within 30 days, we'll move your booking to a new date instead.
